I wanted to share a great resource right here in Taft Canyon. Greg Evans has established a framing business- Artistic Affordable Framing. I just picked up the two pieces. I love the framing and mat for the first picture and the second one he refinished an old frame and it looks amazing! I wish I had a before and after to show. If you have had anything framed lately, it is shockingly expensive. Greg is not only affordable, but he is also meticulous, professional and a great neighbor!

There is no one I would trust more that AAF for framing my art. Greg is conscientious and precise, can do wild one-off frames or simple ones. He has good ideas, and it’s helpful to talk about what sort of frame would highlight the are without overwhelming it. Plus, he’s fast as affordable AF!

I had not realized the importance of a great frame when displaying my husband’s treasures. My husband collects signed memorabilia like guitars and music accessories. After purchasing a guitar strap that was signed by his favorite blues artist we realized that hanging it up on a hook would not do it justice. I reached out to Greg Evans to see what we could do about this odd object. Getting this guitar strap framed was incredibly easy, Greg offered suggestions on colors and textures. He even had the knowledge on how to attach it without damaging it something had not considered. We received this along with other pictures we needed to have framed in a timely manner and most importantly looking amazing! My husband was extremely impressed and excited that he could now display his prized possession in a manner that was worthy of its importance!
